Michel Madeira was appointed Vice President of Sales, Americas in August, 2004. He is responsible for sales and business development activities in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
Mr. Madeira joined the company in 1997 as the South Texas Sales Representative and was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In 2000, he was promoted to National Sales Manager-United States. In 2001, he was promoted to Director of North American Sales and was charged with overseeing all sales activities in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Zimmer, he was employed by Dentsply International and Paragon Implant Company. He brings over 14 years of sales and management experience to his position.
Mr. Madeira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Address from the University of North Texas and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
