Jenna King was appointed Associate Counsel for Zimmer Dental in May 2007. She is responsible for providing legal advice to Zimmer Dental on all legal issues affecting the company.
Prior to joining Zimmer, Ms. King was an associate in the business department of Cooley Godward Kronish, LLP, in San Diego, California, where she represented clients in a wide variety of corporate transactions.
Ms. King is a member of the State Bar of California and holds Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctor, cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. |
